Sublette County Conservation District has several tools available for landowners and land managers to check out a no cost for use on natural resource projects within in the county.
What does it take to utilize SCCD equipment?
Thoroughly clean the equipment when finished using it.
Read, agree to the terms, and sign the Use Agreement, Equipment Use Waiver, Release and Indemnification.
Procure a valid Certificate of Insurance for general liability that covers the use of the equipment, in the amount of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00), and which names the Sublette County Conservation District as an additional insured party.
Submit the original signed: Use Agreement, Equipment Use Waiver, Release and Indemnification; and Certificate of Insurance to the Sublette County Conservation District Office before you can borrow the Equipment.
Before taking the equipment, check it against each equipment list and verify that the listed equipment is all there and in good working order.
Return all of the equipment in good working order, minus normal wear and tear.
Pay for all necessary repairs for any damage incurred during the use of the equipment.
